CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly give a 48hr notice on color services to be eligible to transfer your deposit to a new color opening. Please give a 12hr notice for a haircut appointment you’d like to reschedule. You can notify Michaela White at 2056028376 as soon as possible to reschedule. Thank you.
